The Halle Cowl an easy level project worked in Petite Wool. This project is worked in two pieces. First you will work the back and front pieces and join them at the shoulders, then you'll pick up stitches to add the neck. You will end up with a very cozy cowl that is the perfect layering piece for fall and winter looks.
