Fine, luxurious, soft and extremely warm. Baby alpaca is obtained from the youngest alpacas and from the areas of the adult coat where the hair is thinner. This animal of Peruvian origin lives on the alpine slide of this amazing country. Our skeins have extremely high quality fibers and the balls are so soft and smooth that you wont stop touching them!

Nette Wolle, sehr weich, die Farbe ist eher erdig und weniger strahlend als sie auf den Fotos wirkt.
Nach nur 4 Wochen und zahllosen Mails war die Wolle endlich bei mir.

Ich hatte insgesamt 4 Artikel bestellt (2 Sets und 2 Farben Wolle). Die Sets sollten Geschenke sein.
Nach zwei Wochen war immer noch kein Paket da. Als ich nachgefragt habe hieß es dann, beide Sets und eine Wolle wären in der bestellten Farbe ausverkauft. Ohne Nachfragen hätte ich das nicht erfahren. Ich musste mir dann andere Farben aussuchen. Eine weitere Woche später war dann das Paket endlich da. Im Paket waren aber nur die beiden Sets und eine Farbe Wolle, diese Farbe fehlte, obwohl sie auf dem Lieferschein stand. Wiederum auf Nachfrage wurde die Babyalpaka in Cinnamon dann endlich geliefert.

Die Kommunikation mit der Service-Mitarbeiterin war freundlich aber zäh, da offensichtlich Sprachbarrieren mit Google Translate überwunden wurden oder nicht richtig gelesen wurden ist.
Für meinen Ärger wurden mit 15% Rabatt für sie nächste Bestellung angeboten, aber nach der Erfahrung war das meine erste, aber letzte Bestellung!
